big 1940s vintage hand-painted floral bouquet tole tray, flowers on black

1940s vintage handpainted metal tray with lovely flowered design on black, measures 24 1/4" x 17 3/4". This has a little wear and light rust spotting to the finish, though the painted pattern looks very good.
