old flower mark hand-painted made in Japan china tidbit server w/ handle

Vintage luster china relish, tidbit or bonbon server marked with a flower, and Hand Paint - Made in Japan. The dish is about 7 3/4" in diameter, and in very nice condition, just a few soil marks to the unglazed bisque underside of the plate.
