vintage cotton plisse fabric, flower shop little pink tulips

Vintage lightweight cotton plisse fabric, nice for summer sewing! This is white with little pink tulips, each with a tiny blue tag.

The fabric is 31" wide x 2 3/4 yards. There's browning to the fold lines from years of storage - we haven't washed or soaked it.
