Primitive old patchwork quilt, with quilt top all hand pieced and hand stitched, then quilted on a sewing machine.

This measures 72" x 46". It's a little worn from use, no thinning or holes, but a few areas where the fabrics are coming unstitched, and a few spots (we haven't washed or soaked this at all).
