flying eagle vintage plastic wall art plaque w/ faux cast iron black paint finish

60s - 70s vintage plastic wall art eagle about 29" across the wings. Dart? Homco? Syroco? this doesn't seem to be marked that I could see. 

It has a flat matte black painted finish made to look like a cast iron piece. We're guessing it's probably weatherproof, so you could use it as an architectural ornament inside or out.
