Old 1949 US Department of Agriculture yearbook, "Trees", from an old farm estate. It has 944 pages with many color photo, illustrations etc.. This old year book has sections on the life cycle and breeds of trees, planting and managing forests and woodlots, christmas trees, the National Forests, insects & diseases of trees, wildlife, the wood and lumber industry, the forestry service, fighting forest fires and much more.

This old Dept. of Agricultural yearbook is in nice vintage condition.
