rough vintage jute twine, four balls of heavy rope cord, natural brown

Lot of rope cord, 60s or 70s vintage, in very nice condition (new old stock). We believe this is probably jute or sisal fiber? It's slightly 'woolly' in texture, not smooth and hard like hemp or linen cord.

We love the natural coconut brown color, and think this would be a great decorative trimming thread, used like heavy yarn for blanket stitching, loop closures and ties, or big fat tassels! Or would be great for tying bags and parcels, or in the garden shed as an all-purpose string, as well.
