ornate framed antique french fashion print, ladies gowns godey style

Vintage 1870s framed ladies fashions print, La Mode Illustree, in beautiful gold gesso decorated wood frame period to the Victorian era dresses shown.

This measures 22 1/2" x 18 3/4" overall and in in exceptionally nice condition, very little browning or foxing to the illustration, just a bit of rubbing to the frame. The original wood plank backing to the frame is gone, however.
