golden slipper miniature shoe, vintage pottery planter or pincushion holder

Unmarked vintage ceramic shoe with metallic gold finish - this was probably just a collectible or a souvenir piece, but I think it would be great for holding a pincushion inside. It's really small for a planter, unless it's something like an air plant. Condition is very good, nice and clean inside and out.
