purple grapes, vintage cotton pillow top for tinted embroidery

Antique hand-tinted printed cotton pillowtop to embroider, early century vintage, original, not a reproduction. This one is violet-purple grapes with green and yellow leaves on a deep ivory colored background.

This pillow top measures about 21 1/2" x 22" to the unfinished edges of the fabric, and is marked at the lower edge "Style E Design No. 351 - Grapes", not marked Vogart, though this looks like one of their designs.

This is lovely just as is, even without any embroidery! The colors are clear without fading, and the cotton fabric has only very light age discoloration. The fabric would be great for framing, or as a quilt block, as well as a pillow top.
