little green glass cruet bottle w/ stopper, vintage pattern glass, daisy & button?

Small (just 5 1/4" tall overall) pressed pattern glass cruet with glass stopper, pretty teal green color. This looks a little like daisy and button, though all daisy, with no button - please email us if you have the name for this pattern, it's driving me crazy!

The glass has no chips, but a little roughness to the mold lines from manufacture. The plastic fitter on the glass stopper is very brittle, cracking and chipping.
