hand painted beach seashells plate, 1920s vintage Limoges china, signed

1920s vintage JPL (Jean Pouyat, Limoges France) plate, hand painted with sea shells, signed on the reverse by the artist. Probably a talented amateur, I think?

This measures about 8 1/2" in diameter, and is in very good condition without damage. A lovely and unusual piece - we generally only find china painted with botanical themes, so it's nice to see some other elements of nature represented occasionally!
