hand painted ceramic planter bowl w/ mediterranean fruit, lemons, olives, caper berries?

Unmarked vintage ceramic bowl, hand painted with olives or lemons or maybe capers? I'm not sure if this is made in Italy or Portugal, but it's a lovely piece to hold fruit or greenery.

Measures 7 3/4" across the rim of the bowl, stands 4 1/2" tall. It's in nice clean condition, very little crazing, no chips or cracks.
