antique Victorian vintage hand-painted picture on metal, floral on black

Lovely old hand-painted butterfly and flowers picture on a flat lightweight piece of steel... we're guessing that this was originally part of a fire screen or flat shade against lamp light, but it would be pretty framed, or hung from a ribbon just as it is. It measures 10" x 14", and has some light rust and wear to the paint from age.
