heavy pressed glass sun catcher, retro blue art glass w/ rooster

Large art glass suncatcher with rooster, heavy aqua blue glass 9 1/2" across the entire piece. We've been told that this is West Virginia glass, Blenko or similar, though it's not marked at all that we could find. It's in excellent condition.
