vintage 30qt tinned steel Hobart commercial mixer dough bowl

Old dough mixing bowl for a large commercial mixer. We think that this bowl is for a Hobart mixer. It is tinned steel, NOT stainless steel. The bowl measures about 15" across the bowl (18 1/2" across the handles) and 13 1/2" deep. We estimate it to be about a 30 quart (7 1/2 gallon) size. There is a mounting band around the middle of the bowl at about 10" from the bottom of the bowl. There is some wear to the tin from age and use.
