huge ROUND turkey platter or serving tray, vintage Thanksgiving china round seal backstamp w/ peacock

Vintage ceramic platter or tray with Thanksgiving turkey design - this one is ROUND, I don't believe I've ever found a round turkey platter before! It's 16" across the rim, big enough to hold a large turkey. Condition is good - this has pimples to the glaze from the manufacturing process (see photos) but not chips, cracks or finish wear.

The front of the platter has the turkey transferware pattern in the traditional fall colors. The back has three leaves around the border of the plate, and a makers mark I'm not familiar with - a peacock seal with Arabic lettering (also 'peacock') and China printed at the bottom. Probably NOT made in China. I'm not certain of the age - late 20th century, I think?
