huge lot antique vintage cotton & linen damask jacquard fabric tablecloths

Huge lot of vintage and antique damask tablecloths, eighteen cloths in this lot. All of these have been used and laundered, many have spots or a hole or two. Nearly all have been stored away in drawers and cedar chests for decades, some have a lot of browning!

Most are cotton, some are pure linen, one is rayon? All sorts of sizes and patterns... some of these are really lovely, with elaborate florals, scenes of greyhounds etc.. Colors are shades of ivory, ecru and white.

We've collected these linens from a number of estates, and would guess that many of these tablecloths are European (brought over or brought back from trips 'home'). The rayon damask is most likely Japanese.
