huge lot vintage fabric for making lampshades, silky fabrics in all colors etc.

Huge lot - 29 POUNDS - of remnant fabrics and smaller fabric pieces (a yard or less of many of these fabrics, some not a full width of the fabric). This was all part of the old stash and stock of a lampshade maker.

Most of this is artifical silk - rayon or acetate or polyester. Some is stiffer taffeta type fabrics - some is lighter, more like a crepe de chine. There are a few linen textured fabrics, some textured cotton blend fabrics, too.

Most of this we believe is probably 60s and 70s vintage, though we think there are some 50s and 80s fabrics here too. Tons and tons of lovely different colors and fabrics - these would make beautiful doll clothes, pillows and other home accessories, scarves or other pretty things.
