huge round glass platter or plate, retro poppy flowers in red

Huge round glass plate, vintage 1970s or 80s? This is 17 1/2" in diameter, with a shaped curve rim, bent upwards, kind of like Houze glass. (I'm not describing this very well, the photos really are worth 1000 words!)

The plate has a vibrant poppies floral design in red and turquoise. It's in very nice condition without chips, just a few very light scratches.
