huge vintage baby face doll w/ red & white checked cotton soft body, carnival prize toy

1940s or early 50s vintage baby doll carnival prize - very large, and very cute! It's about 23 1/2" tall overall, and has soft body in purina red and white checked cotton fabric, plastic face.

Baby is a little browned and dirty from years of love and storage, and has a couple of mends including a old cotton patch on the front.
