vintage Italian silver tiered serving stand, two-tier handled plate

Vintage made in Italy silver plated serving tray for petit fours, a two-tiered plate with handle. It's 7" tall overall, 5 1/2" in diameter across the bottom plate. There's some light tarnishing to the silver, though it doesn't appear the plating has any wear.
