vintage chrome kitchen paper towel / wax paper / aluminum foil dispenser

Mid-century vintage wall mount kitchen paper towel / waxed paper / aluminum foil roll holder, not marked with a maker, chromed finish on steel.

The rack measures 12" wide x 11 1/4" tall x 4 1/2" deep at the bottom. Looks fairly clean overall, does have a few rust spots (on the front, sadly!).
