1930s - 40s vintage Taylor, Smith and Taylor china dinnerware for ten, with french provincial colonial couple 'l'amour' pattern, romance gold filigree trim on wide dark green border.

This is the largest, nicest collection of this highly sought pattern that we have ever come across, all 54 pieces in excellent condition without chips, cracks, or any noticeable wear. What a lovely set!

There are 10 each of 9 1/4" dinner plates, 7" salad plates, 6 1/2" bread and butter or dessert plates, 8" soup bowls, 5 1/2" fruit bowls. There are a number of serving pieces - a gravy boat with 7" underplate, a 13 1/2" platter, and 9 1/2" oval vegetable bowl.
