lace edge clear glass torte plate, large vintage elegant glass cake plate

Lovely vintage lace edge glass cake plate, 13" in diameter. It's in excellent condition without chips or damage, very little scratching or wear.

We've seen this attributed to Fostoria, but aren't familiar with this particular pattern, and haven't been able to track down a pattern name... possibly it's from the Fostoria gift ware / boutique ware lines?
