large serving spoon, vintage cast aluminum server w/ bamboo handle, Arthur Court style

Large spoon for buffet serving, bamboo design. This is cast aluminum, probably 1980s or 90s vintage.

I couldn't find a makers mark on this piece, though it looks like Arthur Court to me? It's 12”" long end to end. Shows a few spots from use - this could use a good polishing.
