large vintage chalk ware dog statue of german shepard Rin Tin Tin

Large old plaster statue of movie star dog, Rin-Tin-Tin. This is from the late 1920s or early 1930s. The underside of the statue has an old, hand written, paper label dated 1931.

It measures about 19" high and 13" wide. It is in shabby condition with nicks and chips including the tip of his tail and one ear. Some of these older chips have been touched up with black paint.
