antique Limoges China, flow blue border w/ floral, American or French?

Shabby but lovely old flow blue bordered china, marked only 'Limoges China'. We'd guess this is American Limoges, vintage earthenware rather than porcelain... but we haven't been able to find out anything at all about this pattern.

It's an incomplete set, six 5 1/4" fruit bowls, six 6 1/2" soup bowls, but just five of the 9 1/2" luncheon plates. The pink floral center we'd describe as a rose mallow or hollyhock?

Every one of these pieces has crazing, and many pieces have a little browning or staining as well. No chips or cracks, these are all in solid shape, just showing their age!
