lot antique vintage linen & cotton towels w/ white work embroidery, crochet lace edgings

Large lot of beautiful old cotton and linen towels with fancywork, embroidery and lace - all white and off-white shades. There's eighteen towels in this lot.

Sizes vary, as does condition. Some of these are pristine, but many show a little yellowing or a few spots from storage or from use, or broken threads.

It's a lovely collection all together, these whitework towels are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Not surprising, as many of these are 75-100 years old.
