lot vintage fine cotton & linen white work handkerchiefs, Swiss, Madeira hankies etc.

Lot of 38 vintage whitework hankies, some cotton, some linen - some Switzerland or Madeira, with embroidery or hemstitching or other fancywork, or lace.

Most of these have been used or laundered, and most of these are in not in mint condition - they have spots or small holes or fraying to the edges, or a combination of several of the problems at once.

Sounds worse than it looks - we wouldn't hesitate to use these ourselves, or use them for lovely vintage craft or sewing material. It's a pretty lot for wedding 'napkins'!
