vintage Japan metallic silver braid, big roll of cord for crafts or decorations

Big fat roll of narrow silver cord braid for sewing trim or crafts. The roll is marked Made in Japan 72 yards.

We're not going to unwind this to measure (we'd like to keep it nice, and we'd never be able to get is back on the roll so neatly!) but would guess this is full, or nearly so, there's a lot of trim here. The roll measures 3" in diameter, 3 1/2" tall.
