mid-century vintage Japan hand painted ceramic rooster & hen chicken salt & pepper shakers

Pair of very angry looking chickens, hand painted china S&P set made in Japan mid-century vintage. These are used, but have no chips or cracks and the paint looks good. One is missing the original cork stopper. Size is about 3 1/4" x 2 1/4" overall.
