vintage white Navy sailors uniform w/blue shoulder stripe

Vintage Navy sailor's white uniform with a blue stripe around the right shoulder The trousers have a button fly. We're not sure of the exact vintage or of this uniform.

The uniform jumper measures 19" long on the arm (armpit to cuff), 38" around the chest (under the arms), 16" across the shoulders on the back and 24" long (from the base of the neck flap to the bottom in the back).

The pair of pants have a 28" waist and a 29 inch inseam. This uniform has spots and areas of discoloration. The waistband of the pants is missing the button.
