Precious Moments Sugar Town 'Sam's House' set, seven pieces all in the original boxes inside the large box. These pieces have never been opened, the Christmas village lighted house looks perfect, and the figurines are still sealed with the Precious Moments branded tape.

This set includes the lighted house, Sam, Sammy, Dusty and Katie Lynn, a car with Christmas tree, a fence. The outer box holding the collection of individual boxes has some wear, boxes inside look excellent.
