mod vintage Dalzell Viking art glass votive holder bowl, ice texture fire shape ruby red glass

Vintage Dalzell Viking ruby red art glass votive candle holder, small vase or bowl - this is an interesting piece, though I haven't been able to track down very much information about it.

It has a jagged, flame like shape, with a rough 'ice' texture. Measures about 2 3/4" tall, about 4" across the rim.

It's not signed, but still has the original label, and is in excellent condition without damage.
