mod vintage Ekco Eterna serrated slicing knife, Canoe rosewood look composition handle

Mod vintage Ekco Eterna stainless serrated blade knife with rosewood look (dark brown composite) handle, stainless end on the handle. Not sure of the pattern name here, but it would work well with any of the sets with the brown melamine handles, I think. Blade is about 8" long, this is a bread knife? It's in very good condition, gently used and carefully cared for over the last 50 years.
