old US Navy divers manual w/photos of deep sea diving equipment

Vintage 1970 edition of the US Navy Diving Manual - Navships 0994-001-9010. This has about 687 pages with tons of photos and illustrations of divers and diving equipment. This manual covers both self contained (or SCUBA) diving and surface supplied (or hard hat helmet ) deep sea diving. It also covers first aid for divers, underwater physics breathing gases and more.

This handbook is worn and has some damage. There is nicking to the edges of the pages and scrapes, marking and a tear to the cover. There is also two cuts / gouges to the cover the penetrate through the contents pages and about 17 pages down. Still a good reading or study copy.
