old primitive oak wood splint basket, hanging wall pocket

Vintage oak splint basket, made flat at the back to hang on the wall. The basket measures 14" x 10" x 9" deep at the back edge. This is solid and in good usable shape, but has some chipping to the wood splints in two spots.
