old egg & spinach glaze spatterware pottery coffee pot & cups, terracotta clay

Here's an interesting little set of pottery which we know very little about, though we loved the sancai style 'egg and spinach' glaze!

This is an unmarked terracotta clay, nicely made and finished with details. It doesn't look much like Mexican pottery to us, but we're uncertain if this is European (Italy? Spain?) or possibly Chinese.

The spatter splashed glaze colors are a mocha brown, egg yolk yellow, bright green. There's crazing to the glaze not very noticeable because of the colors.
