old pottery milk jug, antique brown ribbed band stoneware pitcher

Vintage stoneware milk pitcher in a banded rib pattern, glossy brown inside and out. It's marked only USA on the bottom.

The pitcher holds about a pint, and stands 4 1/2" tall. It's in very good condition, though does have a few maker's flaws and irregularities.
