old tole metal cake cover carrier w/ hand painted flowers on black, vintage Ransburg

Beautiful old tole metal cake cover with hand painted flowers. This is maybe a Ransburg piece?

It has a lovely of patina of darkening to the tin plate, and is looking it's age with some scratching and finish wear.

It's about 11" in diameter x 7" tall overall, with a cute little handle on the top.
