primitive old wood butter paddles, vintage farm kitchen woodenware

Two old wooden butter paddles, about 10 1/2" long end to end, made like flat wood spoons with a ridged pattern of grooves to work the moisture out of the butter prior to packing in crocks for storage. These came out of a farm estate here in Wisconsin, and show some age and wear from use.
