Two old heavy wood feet, shoe stretchers or shoemaker's forms?

THESE AREN'T THE SAME SIZE - but they display nicely together. The wood is the same, and both have very old leather cords at the heels, where these could have been hung up with or without slippers.

The larger foot measures 11" long, and the smaller foot measures 9 3/4" long. Neither piece is marked that we could see.
