vintage metal openwork tole tray, hand-painted flowers floral bouquet

Very pretty vintage floral painted metal tray, measures 16 1/2" x 12 1/4" across the rim. It's not marked or signed at all that we could find.

This has some worn spots to the gold trimming, though the painted design looks nice!
