ornate antique silver handled carving set knife and fork, engraved December 25th 1906

Beautiful very ornate carving knife and fork, with script engraving December 25th 1906. I can almost see that happy Christmas Day dinner table over 100 years ago when I look at this set.

This is not marked on the handles OR the blades that I could see, which I thought was surprising given the detail and quality for these pieces.

The handles I believe are silver plated, not sterling silver. There's a little rubbing and wear, especially at the engraving. The knife blade shows some wear from use and repeated sharpenings.
