pair of antique market baskets, 1920s 30s vintage hemp rope woven totes

Pair of beautiful old market baskets - I believe these are hemp rope, 1920s or 30s.

They're in good clean condition with intact handles, and they seem sturdy, but I don't think you'd want to haul anything heavy in these, they're nearly 100 years old.

Lovely, collectible pieces for display! These are quite large, roughly 14" x 8" x 9 1/2" deep.
