Pair of hand painted ceramic pheasant birds, made in Japan, 1950s vintage. These are BIG, about 11 1/2" long end to end.

They're showing some age (some paint wear, and a few glaze chips). And they're a little dusty from years of display. Overall not bad - it's not often you find a set as nice as these.
