pair of vintage etched brass swords, small sword paper knives / letter openers

Pair of vintage etched brass swords, marked as shown. (I can't make out the mark, sorry - and aren't sure where they were made. India? Siam? Turkey?).

They were probably made as letter openers or decorative pieces, though we're thinking they'd make interesting costume ornaments or even hair sticks. Size is 8 1/2" long end to end, blades about 6 1/2" long.
