pair vintage lampshade frames, bare steel wire lamp shades w/ old patina

Pair of bare steel wire armature frames for lampshades, to use as they are or to cover with fabric of paper.

We loved the shape of these, and think they'd be lovely for a set of table lamps, or as ceiling pendant fixture shades. They measure about 9" in diameter x 10".

We have a number of assorted old shade frames from the estate of an upholsterer / lampshade maker, all showing some rust spotting from about 50 years in storage.

These would need a good steel wool polishing before re-covering, but we like the surface rust just as is if you're planning to use them as bare wire, these have a genuine vintage look.
