Pikes Peak at Sunrise, vintage hand-painted china plate Made in Japan

Handpainted scene of Pike's Peak at sun rise on this vintage Japan china plate. It's a a lemon server (I think?) with finger ring handle, about 6" in diameter over the plate. A good old souvenir piece, in very good condition.
